for the assignment this week i'm going to attempt to publish my pb link. i've never publised a link before so i'm hoping this works. here is my pbwiki address.
I particularly enjoyed the webquest on South America because of it's complexity and the way which it appeals to different interests. The various tasks involved can motivate and interest students with different objectives and different learning styles. Using computer graphics appeals to many young students so this project really utilizes their interests and makes them more technically savvy.
On the topic of computers - my undergrad and certificate program provided me with limited exposure. The teaching position I was hired for was a graphics position. I feel that it is our obligation to make sure we are well rounded in as many media as possible to provide our students with a multitude of experiences.

Great topic! Not only do educators need to be aware of the benefits teaching with a computer can have, but so do parents.
